The proposed system can be used to display important information (such as process time, time to complete the cycle, the amount of detail, etc.) for foremen and machine operators.

System description: Big LCD screen (e.g. 42"), Direct connection to PLC of the machine or production line, The system works with almost all models of PLC available on the market, The ability to display real-time performance of any manufacturing process, The possibility of any deployment of on-screen, The possibility of enriching the data displayed on the screen by any graphics and even photos.

The system replaces and enhances well-used so far in the industry LED displays panels.

The photos above show the system implemented in Microspun Products in Warsaw. It shows the time remaining to complete the production cycle for eight working machines. With large screen installed in the production hall operators can in advance prepare themselves for their support during a break between cycles of production. After installing the system the time gap between production cycles significantly decreased (a few seconds for each cycle), which resulted in significant increase of plant's efficiency.
